Frederick was born in 1884 in Leicester to Martin Sharpe, a shoehand and Emma (nee Green).
They had 12 children-

In 1891 census the family lived at 20 Johnson Street, Leicester.
In 1901 census they were at the same address and Fred was a boot heeler.
In 1906 Fred’s mother, Emma, died aged 44.
In 1907 Fred married Harriet Maria (nee Dilley).
In 1911 census the Sharpe family were living at 148 Green Lane Rd. but there is no census for Frederick and Harriet.
Frederick became Private 7414 2nd Yorks and Lancashire Regiment and was Killed in Action on 21.12.1915. I do not know where he is buried but at the time of his death his wife and child were living at 18 Syston Street.
