In 1901 census the family lived at 15 Willow Bridge St. and in 1911 census they had moved to 75 Sherard Rd. and Albert, aged 14, was a telegraph messenger.
Albert became Private 12053 7th Battalion Leicestershire Regiment and was Killed in Action, aged 19, on 14.8.1916. He is on the Arras Memorial, Pas De Calais, France.
